Bleach: Foiling a Rival
Me and my buddy Icy have always had a playful competitive game going. It started when i was egging him on during our DotA games (with the hope of him improving his game without success, hehe). This would then eventually reach our Bleach card games. He’s branded me as his nemesis in our community boards, i’d call it a friendly rivalry. Shades of Naruto and Sasuke.
My Hollow deck had been making the romps during this month’s HL, going 12 wins and 2 losses prior to this weekend. This time Taicho Icy Cruel decided to bring on the Hollow hate. Packing sets of cards such as Shoot to Kill, Jirobo 4th Seat of Squad 7, Hollow Henchmen and Bakudo Number 33 – Pale Fire Crash in his Ichigo Guardian deck. 3 of us fell to his anger that day in the 4 rounds of Bleach battle (an event i’d call “the Holloween Massacre”), but a chink in his armor showed when he lost the last round…
